Louis Truppa (Team Leader)Louis Truppa is a senior Civil Engineering student at The College of New Jersey (2022). Louis will be working on the redesign of the northernmost access from Metropark Station onto Middlesex Turnpike. He will be using traffic counts and crash data to assess the current conditions of the site and utilize Synchro Studio and Civil3D to develop a new configuration to better alleviate traffic and provide better access for pedestrians and bicyclists. Louis interned this past summer with Crisdel Group Inc. as an intern estimator and field engineer. He is currently the President of the American Society of Civil Engineers student chapter, a member of the varsity football team, and a brother of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.

Daniel Comeau
Daniel Comeau is a senior Civil Engineering student at The College of New Jersey (2022). Daniel will be working on the redesign of the Wood Avenue/Middlesex Turnpike intersection to the south of Metropark Station. He will be using traffic counts and crash data to assess the current conditions of the site and utilize Synchro Studio and Civil3D to develop a new configuration to better accommodate traffic and provide better access for pedestrians and bicyclists. Daniel is working as an undergraduate researcher at TCNJ with Dr. Brennan to assess the congestion impacts of road diets as well as other topics. He is currently the Treasurer for the Chi Epsilon Civil Engineering Honor Society and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Joseph CruciataJoseph Cruciata is a senior Civil Engineering student at The College of New Jersey (2022). Joseph’s primary responsibility is to redesign the intersection of Wood Ave and Lincoln Highway located southwest from Metropark Station in Iselin, NJ. Synchro Analysis software, AutoCAD, traffic counts, and crash data will allow Joseph to properly paint a picture of the current state of the intersection and make the proper changes in order to alleviate congestion and promote community safety and continuity within the area. Recently Joseph interned in the Site/Civil department of Langan Engineering and Environmental Services. Through this experience, Joseph gained important site planning skills and knowledge regarding water resources engineering. He is currently a member of the baseball team at The College of New Jersey.

Bryce TottenBryce Totten is a senior Civil Engineering student at The College of New Jersey (2022). Bryce will be working on the redesign of the southernmost access from Metropark Station onto Middlesex Turnpike. With three years of experience as a field engineer intern, Bryce has a strong background in Construction Management and Heavy Civil construction. He will be analyzing the current conditions of the intersection through traffic counts and the utilization of Synchro Analysis software, while developing an improved design of the intersection to incorporate pedestrian accommodations. Bryce is involved in the American Society of Civil Engineer's club, Chi Epsilon Civil Engineering Honor Society, and Club Baseball at TCNJ.
